    I will never I understand why people live and move to Prince George's County Maryland apartments Prince George's County has the most worst apartments and schools in the state of Maryland the living quality is horrible and the people that live there are horrible nothing but loud ass kids ripping and running through the complex lots of loud noises felt and trash all over the place people sitting on the dirty steps it's like living in a jungle people spend 90% of their time outside the apartments and 10% inside the apartments why pay rent when you can live in the outside for free lmfao and the apartments looks like a armpits/matchboxes just horrible living conditions and the apartment complex owners get rich off low income people but never do anything to improve the property . I'm getting the BLANK. Out of Prince George's County Maryland I refuse to spend another dime in this dirt poor County. Can't wait until January get here to move Fairfax County Virginia.

    PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!! I lived in my apartment for over five year upon move-out the property kept my security deposit for a CARPET CLEANING FEE after five years carpet must be completely replaced. Harbor Place will nickel & dime you the utilities are OUTREAGOUS the apartments are not individually monitored. So be prepared to pay between $70-$150 for gas, water, sewer & trash and that does not include your electric bill from PEPCO. The buildings are sometimes nasty trash out front, trash all throughout the building, weed smoking in the buildings, very very thin walls the property manager you can't never get in touch with the property manager she is never available there also is NO VISTIOR PARKING. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER COMMUNITY with better staff and a better upgraded apartment don’t be fooled by the location and name of the property STAY AWAY.

    I’m so piss off moving to this apartment and I just move in November 13,2017. Its have a lot bugs and it bites my son and I. I been trying to call them and all I get it they’re short of staffs. Have lot of issues with kitchens..Water is dripping in shower this place is hot mess trying to rush people to move in. I can’t wait to get out. will be going in office today since they don’t want to answering my call. If they can’t fix the problems will get my money and find me another place. I want to give this place zero star not one star

    I had to rate this a 1 in order to post.....but truly this place is a .5 This property is not a great place to stay you pay as much as you would for a house and recieve terrible customer service and out dated buildings. I have lived at Harbor Place Apartments since June 2017 and currently fighting to break my lease with no penalty. Where do I start first and foremost they will sell you the dream that your apartment will come with so many different amenities first off all there appliances,heat and air are very much so poor in quality the washer and dryer in the unit is great but they are seriously tiny. The buildings all have an odor that seems to linger and its not just the weed smoke. The apartment itself has many cracks on the wall that maintenance just paints over and never acknowledges (trust they did a great job patching things up), the weightroom you see in the pictures is just a three bedroom apartment with weights and excercise equipment in it. This property is stealing money left and right. To quote the first review on this property "So be prepared to pay between $70-$150 for gas, water, sewer & trash and that does not include your electric bill from PEPCO" but also you might want to keep in mind your cable and internet. As stated there is No visitor parking and the tow company seems to just lurk around and tow anything that is not moving (there have been tows done to cars that did display the correct parking permits). The property manager Ms.I along with Ms.W are often never around and on extended lunch breaks around the time many residents are off work and ready to resolve any issues. Financially they have stolen a few payments from me , which me and my financial institution have caught and produced proof needless to say they denied and went missing for like a month as they swear they had a meeting in pennsylvania.Sidenote:They do contact tenants and rudely express concerns over bad reviews,some tenants have even been given breaks on rent when they do a five star review. By all means rent to own a home or just live elsewhere because this property is all about money and they treat every resident terrible. But a plus Maintenance may have done a crude job on the apartment before we moved in so we may be inheriting someone elses mess but as a whole this team currently is rocking it but management still finds a way to put them down. STAY AWAY FROM HARBOR PLACE APARTMENTS AND MORGAN PROPERTIES AS A WHOLE. 9 times out of 10 I will break my lease and move on to a house or overall better living situation.
